1. Curb has broken spots in 90 deg. Bend on Fleetwood.
2. Broken spot in barrier-free ramp on S.E. Corner of Fleetwood
and Hickory Ridge (painted white).
3. Clean up asphalt (hot mix) on Hickory Ridge.
4. Inlet box on S.W. corner needs new floor poured and sealed @
R.C.P. (bad shape)of Whispering. Hills and Hickory Ridge.
5. Large broken spots (gouges) ~n curb on Hickory Ridge & Whis-
pering Hills.
Rout and seal all cracks painted white.
Cut and repair hole in intersection of Hickory Ridge & Fleet-
wood (painted white).
Clean up hay bales and fix manhole in inlet of cul-de-sac on
Fleetwood so it can be op_ened and inspected.
Rout and seal all cracks on Woodland Cove painted white.
Clean and reseal between curb and barrier-free ran~ NW corner

Not ready for inspection.
Sewer cleanouts covered - cannot inspect them.
Meter can filled with dirt - can't see anything.
Fire hydrant nOt marked on curb.
Fire hydrant valve covered - cannot locate.
Expose lower fittings for inspection.
Manhole lower chimney seal not sealed on bottom ring.
Existing manhole on Sandy Lake tied on to Forest Cove needs
to be cleaned and needs a chimney seal with a rain pan.
