Please accept this letter as our request for release of building permits on six lots in the subject

We have completed installation of permanent erosion control facilities within the subdivision. We
have contracted with Gradall Excavating Services, Inc. to remove the silt in the Sandy Lake Road
ditch. We hoped to start that work this week; however, the contractor requested a delay due to
possible rain forecast for several nights this week. We are awaiting notification from Larry Davis
of any other items remaining so we can hopefully obtain a final release next week.
Attached is a sketch showing the location of the above requested lot releases. Please let me ~w
