The undersigned arrived on site, as requested, to observe the installation of reinforcing steel for
sidewalk and approaches from Freeport Parkway.
The reinforcing steel appeared to be properly installed at the Northern Approach from Freeport
Parkway and sidewalk.
The reinforcing steel at the Southern Approach from Freeport Parkway was incomplete at time
of observation.
