-Concrete in the manhole needs to be removed (northeast manhole)
-Clean out needs to be straighten (northeast corner)
-Plaster/concreter in the sweep, not smooth (north center)
-Tape on top of clean out pipe and holding water (north center)
-Manhole needs to be cleaned (northwest manhole)
-Clean out are backwards (northwest corner)
-Water valve needs to be level with pavement on west side of building
-Valve stacks need to painted appropriate color according to details
-Bollard needs to be removed in front of hydrants
Hydrant weep holes need to be fixed
Haven't started on pavement punch list.
