Matthew sorry for the delay in response I have been plane hopping most of the day. I was waiting on the
final breaking reports from Alpha as we have not hit the 28 day timeline for the remaining samples. Also
I be onsite Wednesday of this week and will get with Richard on the ponding water issue along Town
Center Drive to make sure that we get this corrected. I will contact you tomorrow and let you know
what time I will be onsite Wednesday if you would like to discuss these issues at the site to ensure
everyone is on the same page.

Good morning,
I know we have discussed in the past some of the issues that need to be addressed with the cleaning of
the storm drain and ponding water where you did the street expansion. I also have still not received the
concrete compression test reports for that expansion, densities, or the concrete mix design. I can see
the building is moving along and I don’t want these issues to be a problem when you are trying to get a
CO to open. If you have time please feel free to call me to discuss this.
