Batch Plant ~l?Dallas County Account ID Numbers 91-4648-C, 92-211 I-H, and 92-5737-H Dear Ms. Boney: \ This is in response to your exemption registration, Form PI-7, concerning the proposed construction Of one of the above-listed facilities to be located at the Forest Cove Estates, 300 feet south of Sandy Lake Road and 1,500 feet east of Coppell Road, in Coppell, Dallas County. We understand that you will be notifying the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) Arlington Regional Office and the appropriate local programs as to which one of the concrete batch plants you are moving to the above-mentioned location. Also enclosed is a notification form for you to complete and submit to us prior to your move. We also understand that this application is for a right-of-way public works project and that your proposed facility site will be in or contiguous to that project and is, therefore, exempt from public notice procedures. After evaluation of the information which you have furnished, we have determined that your proposed construction is exempt from permitting procedures under 30 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Sections 106.202 and 106.512, if constructed and operated as described in your registration. These exemptions were authorized by the TNRCC Executive Director pursuant to 30 TAC Chapter 106. A copy of the exemptions in effect at the time of this registration is enclosed. You must operate in accordance with all requirements of the enclosed exemptions. You are reminded that regardless of whether a permit is required, these facilities must be in compliance with all rules and regulations of the TNRCC and of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency at all times.
