Re: Forest Cove Estates, Phase II
Dear Mr. Griffin:
Please accept this letter as our request to delay payment of the impact fees for Phase II of Forest
Cove Estates until construction plans for that phase are ready to be released by your office. In
order to resolve outstanding easement issues with several utilities, we need to file the Phase II plat
as soon as possible. However, since actual construction of the project may not commence for
several months, we request the delay in payment of the fees.
