Dear Mr. Mitchell:
The City of Coppell has received and review~ the referenced plans and has the following em~ur~ats to offer:
1. Provide a profile view for the storm dmina~ line underneath Hickory Ridge Drive at Whispering Iffflls Drive.
Also, profile fl~e ditch north to the existing 33"RCP under Whispering Hills Drive at Sandy Lake Road.
2. Provide curb inlets on Hickory Ridge Drive to pickup drainage before it enters Whispering Hills Drive.
3. Provide separate warm service for lots 38 & 39, Block A instead of using bullhead cc~meetions.
4. Cheek the elevation for the proposed valley gutter at the intersection of Forest Ridge Drive and Chestnut Court.
5. We need to meet to discuss some other possible options for the proposed flume at the end of the cul-de-sac on
Woodland Cove.
6. Provide a detail showing the location of proposed sanitary sewer line 'D"and the proposed screening wall.
7. Provide flowline information for the profile view of sanitary sewer line 'F'~
8. Look at relocating the curb inlet on Chesmut Cove cul4e-sae east of the proposed sanitary sewer line to avoid
crossing the sanitary sewer line twice (see sheet 13 of 14).
9. Show the sanitary sewer line parallel to Sandy Lake Road crossing the proposed 21"RCP (see sheet 13 of 14).
10. Concrete encase all public utih'ties which cross within 24"of each other.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these eonm'~ents have been addressed, the
revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for ~dew. If yon should have any questions concerning these
comments, please contact me at (972)304-3681.
