TB and MB provided the status update on construction of landscaping items.
Following are noted:
TB: Sodding started in Denton Tap. One truck load sod delivered
yesterday and another truck load scheduled for Friday.
JM: Revised landscape plans sent out by TNP to clarify for boulder sizes.
JM: Crepe Myrtle plant material looks different (Brown in color) in Denton
Tap north of RR tracks, north of Beltline Road.
MB: Frontier has not marked the lines by Parkway. Currently scheduled for
12th.
TB: TB to hold on sodding until boring is completed in median between
Parkway and Bridge.
TB: AALC to water three times a day for newly sodded area..
MB: Controllers are installed for irrigation. Only 10 gauge wire needed to
be installed for controllers. Water service in Sandy Lake is finishing today.
MB: Pavecon to pour concrete by Bethel first and then complete stamped
concrete in Sandy Lake Road.

Discussion on Monument Sign and Illumination and Oncor Infrastructures. Following
are noted:
MB- MB to submit LED information to City.
MB: Light poles are staked for West Sandy Lake Road. MB and George
to examine the location of light poles.
No update on walkthrough meeting with Oncor for final acceptance.
