On this date, Terracon's representative arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for structural steel observations. A visual
observation was performed as noted below.
A.Building E, Foundation Level, Tilt Wall Panel To Pier. Re-observation Item From Report 94151183.0289:
1.Tilt wall panel to pier cap welded connections were now determined to be compliant. Yet the north
wall leaveout panel still not set.
B.Building E, Roof Level Framing @ E-K/1-4:
*1.Column anchor bolts, two (2) locations were found to have missing nuts.
2.Joist and girder seat welds were determined to be compliant.
*3.Joist bridging not complete at the end wall attachments.
*4.Joist seat support lug weldments at the tilt wall panel embed plates were determined to be compliant.
Yet two (2) locations, the slip bolted stud panel joint connections were found to be incomplete.
C.Building F, Foundation Level, Tilt Wall Panel To Pier:
*1.Tilt wall panel to pier cap welded connection were determined to be compliant, with the following
two (2) exceptions
*a.South wall, one (1) location not welded.
*b.East wall, leaveout panel not set.
*Noted discrepancies and/or incomplete work.
