Any persons desiring to comment on or correct the minutes are requested to put their comment in writing to Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. within 10 days of the date of the report. Otherwise the minutes will stand as written. PRIOR BUSINESS: Item Items for Discussion Responsibility Due Date 1 Revised landscape plans and quantities TNP 08/10/2016 NEW BUSINESS: Item Items for Discussion Responsibility Due Date 1 Project Status Update TB provided the status update on construction of landscaping items. Following are noted:  Continue working on grading in medians and preparation of bed. Sodding to start after the first week of September.  Sod is scheduled to install next week on Sandy Lake Road.  Getting Irrigation controllers this week and installation of irrigation after grading AALC N/A 2 GM updated with construction constraints. Following are noted:  School starts in 1-1/2 weeks and 9-4 working schedule will be strictly enforced during school days.  Construction to be away from the daycare and signal area during school time.  Paving operation to be finished this week. Following items are noted:  City of Coppell and TNP to review updated plans and quantities today.  The quantity spreadsheet shall exclude East Sandy Lake Road. Prior tradeoffs were made in landscape items.  TNP to issue revised plans and cost spreadsheet to AALC, Pavecon, and City for review and validation.  TNP to separate out between East and West Sandy Lake.  TNP to field check density of plants in West Sandy Lake.  TNP to add a column in spreadsheet to explain the change in quantity.  TB to incorporate stocking fee and other associated charges in the spreadsheet and present to TNP and City  Next meeting on 08/12/2016 to discuss the revised landscape plans and quantities after AALC’s review.  CH to facilitate the review process for AALC if needed. TNP/AALC TNP to issue revised plans and updated quantities to AALC, Pavecon and City today. AALC to review revised plans and quantities and present the findings on 08/12/2016.
