CH presented revised landscape plans and quantities. Following items are noted:
AALC and Pavecon to go through the changes in plans and quantities and
validate
Pavecon to represent the change in quantities in change order format.
TNP to provide detail median by median calculation to AALC to facilitate
the review process.
JE- AALC to work on numbers to balance the bid amount.
TB- Restocking fee may incur for plant materials ordered from out of state

Discussion on construction status and issues. Following items are noted:
TB- Grading on Sandy Lake to start today.
JE- AALC to complete grading first and install sod at the same time
throughout the project.
Irrigation and controllers shall be completed before sodding.
JE to work with TB on tilling requirements for sodding bed.
City to locate water main by Braewood shopping center for Pavecon to
set the water meter.
