Project Status Update
MB provided the status update on overall construction. Following are noted:
Sandy lake median is 3’ wide to install monument sign.
TNP to review submittal on monument sign and report to City.
City to locate waterline for Pavecon to tap north of existing valve for
median # 23.
JE- Pavecon to install isolation valve and tap the main at the same location
at median # 23.
Pavecon to core after City locate the water main by Braewood shopping
center. Pavecon needed exact location for water main to core.
GM to communicate w/ Frontier about the proposed Frontier MH location
in Sandy Lake.
JE- Pavecon to provide power to controllers where relocated in medians
as part of alter # 2.

Discussion on revised landscape plans and quantities. Following are noted:
TB- AALC is reviewing revised plans and quantities.
JE- TB to send out the review report/ spreadsheet to TNP and City.
JE- AALC to keep working on grading and irrigation along Sandy Lake.
Planting to follow as soon as sodding is complete.
GM- Pavecon to cover the hole after boring by Parkway at towncenter
for pedestrian safety. Pavecon to take down the project sign on Sandy
Lake.

Oncor Coordination Update
MB provided update on coordination with Oncor. Following are noted:
Concrete work for transformer pad by Schlotzsky's is scheduled for
tomorrow.
Pavecon walkthrough the project with ATCI and Oncor this morning.
