Any persons desiring to comment on or correct the minutes are requested to put their comment in writing to Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. within 10 days of the date of the report. Otherwise the minutes will stand as written. PRIOR BUSINESS: Item Items for Discussion Responsibility Due Date 1 Review of revised landscape plans and quantities AALC and Pavecon 08/17/2016 NEW BUSINESS: Item Items for Discussion Responsibility Due Date 1 Project Status Update MB provided the status update on overall construction. Following are noted:  Asked TNP for updated CAD files with control points  Asked City about lane closure requirements for sodding.  GM: Closure at left turn lane at SLR/DTR intersection is not ideal.  GM: Lane closure shall consider school area and school hours. Northbound on DTR is preferred in the morning.  MB to coordinate with Cody Wildoner (City of Coppell) prior to lane closure. Pavecon/City N/A 2 Discussion on landscape items. Following are noted:  JE- AALC is not to worry about the containers for Cedar Elm trees. Everything else looks good on submittal on plant materials.  TB- AALC completed three irrigation controllers and working on fourth controller. AALC to continue grading in section between Town center and Parkway in DTR.  JE- Need to coordinate with KP for water meter installation  TB: Frontier to locate their lines. City to coordinate with Frontier.  MB- Pavecon to overrun mow strip and fence quantities where applies.  MM- Relocation of water meter to median should not be problem with double check isolation valve between meter and backflow.  MB to make formal submittal of monument sign. AALC/City AALC to coordinate with City for water meter installation/ City to coordinate Frontier for locates MEETING MINUTES Page 2 3 Discussion on change in landscape quantities. Following are noted:  CS asked TB and MB for explanation on restocking fee, unit price for boulder, and administrative fee.  MB to provide explanation on administrative fee.  MB: Line items needs to be added in change order for wall quantity. Pavecon/City/AALC Pavecon and AALC to coordinate with City on change order. City to coordinate with Frontier for location. Pavecon to make submittal on monument sign. 3 Discussion on electrical items. NT and MB provided status update on construction of illumination, electrical and traffic. Following are noted:  MB: NT to obtain permit required by the City for electrical service.  NT: ATCI working on ped poles and signal poles at the intersection DTR and SLR.  MB: ATTC to clean up the area after completion of work. Sodding to proceed even if ATCI is not completed at the intersection.  NT: Need to extend some of the conduits for Oncor. ATTC, Pavecon and MM to complete project walkthrough with Oncor.  MB: ATCI to mark all the new conduits for installation of fence posts.  NT requested TNP to check on new service on West Sandy Lake illumination AATC/Pavecon/TNP ATCI to provide markings for new lines. TNP to find out and provide information on new service line. 4 Discussion on miscellaneous items:  GM requested Pavecon to fix approx. 250 ft. of broken conduit by townhome center. Pavecon Pavecon to coordinate with City on request.
