PREPARED BY: GP DATE OF REPORT: 09-26-2016 The following summation represents our interpretation of the items discussed at the referenced meeting. Any persons desiring to comment on or correct the minutes are requested to put their comment in writing to Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. within 10 days of the date of the report. Otherwise the minutes will stand as written. PRIOR BUSINESS: Item Items for Discussion Responsibility Due Date NEW BUSINESS: Item Items for Discussion Responsibility Due Date 1 Discussion on Pay request and Lane Closure. Following are noted:  GM: Pay request shall not include future or projected work. Pay request only to include work to date.  GM: In general, northbound DTR can have lane closure in the morning. City will require traffic control plan in advance.  Contractor shall not close any lane until 8:20am in the morning.  Lane closure is allowed in DTR north of Parkway except turn bay. Pavecon Pavecon to submit traffic control plans before the lane closure. 2 Discussion on landscape items. Following are noted:  TB- Frontier has not located their lines at the intersection of Parkway and DTR. City to coordinate with Frontier for locates.  JE: AALC to finish planting in DTR from Belt Line to Sandy Lake by tomorrow.  TB: Sod bed preparation after the Labor Day weekend. AALC will be trucking the sod every other day. 9-10 truckloads of sod is estimated for the entire job.  GM: It is not preferred to work on the Labor Day as City’s staffs are off on the day.  TB: The overall landscape scope shall be done by the end of October.  MB: Pavecon to finish water service on Sandy Lake.  GM: Pavecon shall install the fence by the school ASAP.  MB: Pavecon to finish the stamped concrete first at the intersection and colored concrete afterwards.  KN: Sodding is completed by the Frost bank. AALC/City/Pavecon AALC to finish sodding as required by City. City to coordinate Frontier for location of line. Pavecon to install water meter. MEETING MINUTES Page 2 3 Updates in Illumination and Electrical:  MB: Project walkthrough with Oncor construction group has not happened yet.  Pavecon to call locates and locate everything in the median for west Sandy Lake illumination.  Pavecon requested TNP to look into discrepancy of control points in CAD drawing for west Sandy Lake illumination. Pavecon/TNP Pavecon to compete the walk through with Oncor. TNP to respond on discrepancies of control points and way to stake light poles. 4 Discussion on monument sign: JM presented the color of cap for monument sign.  GM: Matching rocks used for landscaping by AALC may be an option for color of stone at the base of monument sign.  GM is waiting on the LED lights on submittal and forward to TNP for review. City City to provide submittal to TNP for review.
