Dear Jim:
The City of Coppell has recently completed the two year inspection of paving, drainage, water
and sanitary sewer facilities in the referenced project. Listed below are items that must be
addressed prior to our final acceptance of these facilities
Seal all random cracks. Those that were observed during the walk-thru are listed.
Clean all streets and remove concrete spillage.
Parkway Blvd:
Repair pavement at inlet on north side, west of bridge.
Random cracks north and south, east of Auburn.
Patch and seal south and west header at Auburn.
Seal west tie in, south side.
Auburn:
Repair broken cb., northeast corner of Parkway.
Random cracks south of Parkway, east side.
Copperstone:
Random cracks in cul-de-sac at inlet.
Random cracks at Auburn.
Patch and seal header at Auburn.
Repair, rout and seal header, west side of Avalon.
Patch and seal header at eyebrow.
Random cracks south of eyebrow.
Martel:
Repair and reseal header west of Auburn.
Reseal header at alley east of Auburn.
Repair and reseal header east and west of Martel Court.
Repair and reseal header east and north of eyebrow.

Repair and reseal header south of alley.
Mm'tel Court:
Random cracks at 308.
Random cracks at alley approach.
Random cracks in alley to the east.
Reseal header, south side of alley.
Drainage:
Clean all inlets. Erosion protection is inside most inlets.
Rewipe pipe to inlet connections.
Park Access to the East:
Rub and paint all exposed surfaces.
Remove bolts and plate and repair sidewalk.
Bridge:
Northeast approach slab has settled.
Seal random cracks.
Paint bridge railing.
