A visual observation was performed as noted below. A.Building E, Roof Level @ E-K/1-4 (South Half): 1.Perimeter metal deck support angle installations, welds at the tilt wall panel embed plates were determined to be compliant. 2.Metal deck installation, puddle welds and side lap screws were determined to be compliant. B.Building G, Foundation Level, All Four Sides: *1.Tilt wall panel to pier cap welded connections were all determined to be compliant with the exception of the west wall leaveout panel not set at this time. *Noted discrepancies and/or incomplete work.
