DISCUSSION:
The purpose of the amendment is to relocate the lot lines between ,4 lots
and a lot dedicated to the City to provide additional space for a hike-and-
bike trail.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
Staff recommends approval of the Amending Plat subject to deletion of the
reference to the plat as a Minor Plat in the Owners Certificate
