Dear Mr. Trando:
Enclosed is an invoice from Billy Ray Newsom Co., Inc., Rowlett,
Texas, for costs incurred to relocate four (4) signals, raise
overhead and re-time controllers at Sandy Lake and MacArthur
intersection. This work was done with knowledge and approval of
Steve Goram, Per Birdsall and Russell Doyle.
We have reviewed the invoice and the work involved and recommend
payment in the amount of $600.00 be paid in full at this time.
The funds should be allotted from ~he 24" Crosstown Waterline
project CIP funds.
