Casey,
I have not had a chance to look at the plan revisions. I know Building 6 included substantial changes in
the water layout so I will be looking at that part a little close. Also need to see where we are at on
coordination with the adjoining property owner on the drainage area. Northwest Dr (North) was our
first plan review which typically has more comments.
I have directed staff to log the plans in for a 1 week review time.
We will need a new pre-con.
Also, I heard that there was dirt moving near building 6 recently… this typically requires a permit…
Thank You, George

George-
Halff associates dropped off the signed and sealed plans for Building 6 and both Northwest dr
projects. We are now identifying the public vs private cost for the impact\\inspection fees. I expect to
get that to you in a few days and then apply for a permit. Are you aware of any items that would hold
up the permits?
Additionally, the General Contractor and core group of subcontractors will be the same for building 3
and 6, do you want another percon?
Thank you,
