On this date, Terracon's representative arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for structural steel observations. A visual
observation was performed as noted below.
A.Building F, Foundation Level, Tilt Wall Panel to Pier Cap Connections – Re-observation Item from Structural Steel Observation
Report #94151183.0292, dated 09/27/16:
1.Tilt wall panel to pier cap welded connections, 1 South Wall location East Wall leaveout panel welds were now determined
to be compliant.
B.Building F, Roof Level Framing between Lines A to E/1 to 9:
*1.Column anchor bolts, 1 location at Line D/9 was found to have missing flat washers and loose nuts.
2.Joist and girder seat welds were determined to be compliant.
*3.Joist bridging not complete at end wall attachments.
4.Joist seat support lug weldments at the tilt wall panel embed plates were determined to be compliant.
C.Building E, Roof Level Framing between Lines A to E/1 to 4:
1.Perimeter metal deck support angle installations, stitch welds were determined to be compliant.
2.Metal deck installation; puddle welds and side lap screws were determined to be compliant.
*Noted discrepancies and/or incomplete work.
