On this date, Terracon's representative arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for structural steel observations. A visual
observation was performed as noted below.
A.Building E – Re-observation Item From Structural Steel Observations Report #94151183.0289, Dated 09/21/16:
1.The leaveout panel has now been set and the panel to pier cap welded connections at this location are now
acceptable per the contract documents.
B.Decking:
1.Terracon’s representative, BKH Inspection Services, LLC, reviewed the Structural and Decking Drawings
with the Project Superintendent and the decking personnel to determine the requirements for deck fastening.
