Dear Greg:
Our general contractor (C.A. Walker), accompanied by Lee Stone and Travis Crump,
completed their final inspections today for the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for
the new Eckerd location at 290 N. Denton Tap Road, The grand opening is scheduled
for May 14, 1999.
North Amedcan Properties wishes to post a deposit in the amount of $32,483 (110% of
the value for items not completed). These items and their values include:
Pre-cast stone for comer feature walls $28,000
Repair traffic loop in N. Denton Tap $800
Landscaping at comer feature walls $700
Total $29,530
Total x 110% $32,483
A delay in produclion time has delayed the delivery of the cast stone for the walls which
is now in fast track mode and should be in-place within 4 weeks.
We request that the attached check be held until such a time the walls and landscaping
are complete then the check can be returned without additional paperwork.
