Dear Ken:
I have revise the plans to comply with your comments with one exception:
The access road connection to Northpoint Drive to be relocated
I am requesting you consideration on this item due to the following:
1. The road connection was planned for this location when Northpoint Drive was designed.
Mr. Jim McElroy with Emerson Partners (adjacent landowner) and Mr. Ken Griffin with
your office should be able to verify.
2. The low volume of traffic generated by the existing driveway combined with the peak usage
of the road being on Sunday should merit consideration.
3. The relocation of this road farther to the west would severely impact and bisect the small
Greenway tract.
