Dear Mr. Trando:
Enclosed is an invoice from Billy Ray Newsom Co., Inc., Rowlett,
Texas, for costs incurred to move 4 signal heads back to the
original location and to re-time the controllers at the Sandy
Lake and MacArthur intersection.
We have reviewed the invoice and the work involved and recommend
payment in the amount of $600.00 be paid in full at this time.
The funds should be allotted from the 24" Crosstown Waterline
project CIP funds.
