Construction Plan Review
Dear Mr. Kadleck:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
1. Make the correction to the legend on the Drainage Area Map as indicated on Sheet 3 of 5.
2. Provide existing and/or proposed grades at the west end of each lot adjacent to the alley.
3. Provide proposed top of wall elevations at the front of each lot.
4. The proposed sidewalks should be on a cross slope of no greater than 1/4" per foot.
5. Show locations of the existing water and sanitary sewer service for Lot 8. Providing the sanitary
sewer service to Lot 8 from the new 8" sanitary sewerline would allow the City to abandon the
existing 8" line in Sandy Lake Road.
6. All bores should be dry bores.
7. Extend the 4" sanitary sewer service 4' beyond the property
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you should have
