You are hereby notified to commence work on'the Miscellaneous
Waterlines project on or before March 10, 1986, and shall
fully complete all of the work within 90 consecutive calendar
days thereafter. Your completion date is anne It 1986.
The contract documents provide for an assessment in the sum
of $250.00 per calendar day as liquidated damaMes for each
consecutive calendar day after the above established contract
completion date rant the work remains incomplete.
