Dear Mr. Haukos:
The City of Coppell has considered the bid submitted by you for
the above referenced project in response to its invitation to bid
dated January 21, 1986. You are hereby notified that your bid has
been accepted for the construction of the waterlines in the amount
of $393,796.30.
Enclosed are six (6) copies of the Form of Agreement, Performance
Bond and Payment Bond. Please execute these documents and return
to our office. You are required, under the terms of the
Instructions to Bidders, to execute the Agreement and furnish the
required bonds and certificate of insurance within fifteen (15)
calendar days from the date of this notice to you. Please leave
'contract date' blank.
Upon receipt of these documents, we will have the agreement sign~
by the City of Coppell, return two (2) bound sets of docu~nts to
you for your files, and issue a 'Notice to Proceed' order. Please
return an acknowledged copy of this Notice of Award to us.
