Dear Mr. Frank:
We have reviewed the above referenced utility plans you have recently submitted, and
have approved subject construction plans with the stipulation that the following
comments be addressed:
- Ail applicable development and inspection fees, as per the subdivision ordinance,
must be paid by Monday, September 24, 1990. They are as listed below:
o Water and Sewer Availability Fee $880.00
(2 Lots X $440 Per Lot)
o Water Tap Fee (2 Lots X $100 Per Lot) $200.00
o Sewer Tap Fee (2 Lots X $100 Per Lot) $200.00
o Street Cut Permit Fee

o Construction Inspection
1.5% of the Contract Cost
o Park Fee (2 Lots X $150 Per Lot)
$300.00 Cost Estimate
Provide a copy of contract cost estimate for installation of utilities and items
to be constructed for dedication to the City, by September 14, 1990. This will
be used to set the construction inspection fee.
Upon completion of your project, submit Mylar As-Built plans - consisting of a
standard cover sheet, the final plat, and the utility plans. Add page nun%bets
to the plans.
Please fill out the attached Construction Development Permit Application and
submit to Larry Davis, construction Inspector, along with the inspection fee.
If any portion or all subject development fees have been paid, please provide
documents and receipts for our files. Attached please find two (2) sets of approved
construction plans for your use.
