RE: Agenda Item for the 7/7/14 CRDC MeetingSorry, it was determined that the only amount the CRDC could be asked to
fund is that which has been awarded since Oct. 1, 2013. Anything
encumbered to a specific account (streets?) cannot now be changed. Was
Sandy Lake awarded and P.O. issued prior to Oct 1?
Sounds like a change order could be paid for by CRDC at this point, but
not for previously encumbered areas of the project. Make sense?

Subject: Agenda Item for the 7/7/14 CRDC Meeting
Cecilia,
I need to place the following agenda item on the CRDC agenda for the
7/7/14 meeting:
Consider approval of funding the hike & bike trail costs associated
with the Sandy Lake Road expansion between Denton Tap Road and North
Coppell Road in the amount of $278,157.30 through an existing contract
with Tiseo Paving Company, and authorizing the President to execute any
necessary documents.
Feel free to make any changes to the wording you think are appropriate.
I will have a memo and some other supporting documents for you shortly.
Please call with any questions.
Thank you.
Keith
