Sherri,
This agreement calls for approval by a Resolution of the City of
Coppell Council. Would it be acceptable for us to change the wording
to:
The City of Coppell, State of Texas, has executed the Agreement
pursuant to duly authorized City Council Action, Dated the

Keith,
Attached is the PSA for the Sandy Lake Road Project. I did not
include the $99,092.01, since cost is still incurring. If you have any
questions, please feel free to contact me.

John,
The original contract amount for the Phase B project was
$8,633,084.52. We have approved two change orders for an additional
$99,092.01.
I’m out of the office right now, but if you need the bid
tabulation, let me know and I’ll get it sent over to you.

Keith, we are going to get this PSA to you shortly.
I think the numbers we have are for the overall project. We have
been asked to get an approximate total budget number for the Phase B
section. If we can get that number we should be good to go.
Thank you.
John

John,
The current contract time will run out in August. We are
experiencing delays associated with franchise utilities that may impact
the final completion date.

We have construction scheduled to be complete in August for the
agreement. Is that still good or does it need to be updated?
