On this date, Terracon's representative arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for structural steel observations. A visual
observation was performed as noted below.
A.The Roof Decking, Building G at A-E/6-10:
1.The decking arc spot welds appear to be visually acceptable per the contract documents.
2.The decking side lap fasteners appear to be visually acceptable per the contract documents.
3.The perimeter angle to embed and perimeter angle splice welds appear to be visually acceptable per the
contract documents.
