On this date, Terracon's representative arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for structural steel observations. A visual
observation was performed as noted below.
A.Building E, Roof Level Framing between Lines E to K/1 to 4.
Re-observation Items from Report #94151183.0292, Dated 9/27/16
1.Two column anchor bolt locations were now determined to be compliant.
2.Joist bridging at end wall attachment was now determined to be compliant.
3.Joist seat support lug slip type bolt connections at the panel joint were now determined to be compliant.
B.Building E, Roof Level Framing between Lines A to E/ 1 to 4:
1.Column anchor bolts were determined to be compliant.
2.Joist and girder seat welds were determined to be compliant.
3.Joist bridging was determined to be compliant.
4.Joist seat support lug weldments were determined to be compliant.
C.Building E, Roof Level Framing between Lines A to K/1 to 4:
1.Tilt wall panel to panel welded connections were determined to be compliant.
D.Building F, Roof Level Framing between Lines A to E/1 to 9.
Re-observation Item from Report #94151183.0297, Dated 10/6/16:
1.Column anchor bolts at line D-9 were now determined to be compliant.
