Matt,
The items listed below are items that need to be repaired for 670 Freeport.
1.Large storm drain at the rear of the building dock are needs to be cleaned from dirt and
debris;
2.Route and seal all cracks and curbs and redwood. ADA stamps are not up to code. Need
to be replaced;
3.Dock ramp has cracks along the side walk. Marked with paint; and
4.Storm drain by handicap parking needs to be regrouted inside wall and cleaned (Freeport
side).
