On this date, Terracon's representative arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for structural steel observations. A visual
observation was performed as noted below.
A.Building F, Roof Level Framing @ A-E/1-14. Re-observation Item From Report 94151183.0302:
1.Joist bridging was now determined to be compliant.
B.Building F, Roof Level Framing @ A-E/1-14:
1.Tilt wall panel to panel welded connections were determined to be compliant.
2.Joist to girder mid-span ST Brace installations were determined to be compliant.
C.Building G, Roof Level Framing @ A-E/1-10. Re-observation Items From Reports 94151183.0295 & 94151183.0302:
1.Tilt wall panel to pier cap, leaveout panel at west wall line 1, welds were determined to be compliant.
2.Joist bridging was now determined to be compliant.
D.Building G, Roof Level Framing @ A-E/1-5:
1.Perimeter metal deck support angle installations, stitch welds were determined to be compliant.
*2.Metal Deck Installation
a.Side lap screws were determined to be compliant.
*b.Puddle welds, fifteen (15) locations were found to be incomplete.
E.Building G, Roof Level Framing @ A-E/1-10:
*1.Tilt wall panel to panel welded connections, one (1) location @ E/10 was found to be incomplete (northeast corner).
*2.Joist to girder mid-span ST Brace installations not complete.

1.Foundation level, tilt wall panel to pier cap welded connections were determined to be compliant.
2.Column anchor bolts were determined to be compliant.
3.Joist and girder seat welds were determined to be compliant.
4.Joist bridging was determined to be compliant.
5.Joist seat support lug weldments at the tilt wall panel embed plates were determined to be compliant.
6.Tilt wall panel to panel welded connections were determined to be compliant.
