Mr. Ram,
I hope all is well with you. I had a few questions I wanted to ask you about the Irby Addition
Project.
Do you still plan on having the access road that went across the creek on to the west adjacent
property? If so, what is the plan for the access road and when do you plan to start construction

on it. The silt on the property is starting to leave off the property in that area into the creek.
There is silt starting to form on top of the riprap.
Another issue on the property is the SWPPP. Silt again is starting to leave the lots into the street
and directly into the curb inlet which goes into the creek again.
We need:
-a plan what material and when, for the access road.
-the silt clean out of the creek, riprap, curb inlet and streets.
-we need all of your SWPPP updated and refreshed.
We need these issues to be resolved as soon as possible. Rainy season is here and we don't want
the issue to get any worse.
Please let me know when you plan to start work on clean-up and the SWPPP.
