On this date, Terracon's representative arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for structural steel observations. A visual
observation was performed as noted below.
A.Building G, Roof Level Framing @ A-E/1-10. Re-observation Items From Report 94151183.0313:
1.Tilt wall panel to panel welded connections @ E/10 was now determined to be compliant.
*2.Joist to girder mid-span ST Braces along lines 3 & 5 were still found to be incomplete.
3.Metal deck installation, fifteen (15) puddle welds were now determined to be compliant.
B.Building H, Roof Level Framing @ A-E/1-8.5:
1.Perimeter metal deck support angle installation, stitch welds were determined to be compliant.
*2.Metal Deck Installation
a.Puddle welds were determined to be compliant.
*b.Side lap screws, one (1) set of screws were found to be incomplete @ D.5/3
Field Note:Metal deck installation not complete @ A-E/8.5-11.
*Noted discrepancies and/or incomplete work.
