-Cut and seal all cracks
-All saw cuts need to be seal according to standard details
-Redwood needs to be seal according to standard details
-Blue reflectors down for all hydrants
-inside cans need to be cleaned
-Curb markings
-clean paving areas
-locate fire hydrant valve at main entrance
-make sure rain pans are in
-holding water on north side parking area
-repair damaged curbs
-Clean inlets
-valves stacks painted
-valve stacks raised
This is a PRE-punchlist. We have to give Streets, Water, and Sewer a 48 hour notice for there walk-thru. Their
list may be more specific than my list because ours is a quick visual inspection. Our list needs to be complete
prior to scheduling a Public Works walk-thru. If you have any questions, please let me know
