Sorry for the late reply, I was off yesterday. Bonds are for the work done in The City ROW.
The asbuilts look good except for the 4" meter and vault on the westside of the property. It
needs to show 2-2"meters. That needs to be changed prior to me accepting them.

Bond - With respect to the paving bond I assume this is just for the approaches
within the right of way? Please confirm. I need to know what the description of
work in blanks of the example of the bond need to say to meet your
requirements. “…a written contract with the said _______ to build and
construct _______ which contract and the plans and specifications therein
mentioned, adopted by the _______ are hereby expressly made a part…”

As-Built Drawings – Are you wanting just civils or the full set? Do you need a
hard copy full size or electronic set? If you are needing a full set electronic I have
provided a link below. If you need a hard set please let me know if you need
more than one copy and if you want a full set or just civils.

Punch – the guys are working there tail ends off again this morning removing
final debris, hydrant got raised last night, cleaning, finishing striping on new
concrete, sealants, etc. and working to be ready mid-day today I understand
from being on site yesterday evening.
