1.The two domestic meters need to be adjusted; too close to lid. 2” meter should be 4” to
8” from lid.
2.Hydrant off Point West Blvd. needs to be painted yellow.
3.Four valves need extensions on them; too deep – should be 1’ from top of concrete.
4.Fire hydrant needs 2-1/2” nozzle fixed; cross threading.
