Gentlemen:
Submitted here are the results of testing and observation of
construction materials at the referenced project. This report
addresses activities for the period of December 13, through 16, 1991.
During the period of December 13, through 16, a total of 16 field
density tests were taken on the imported "select" fill placed within
the panel leaveout areas. Test results are shown on Plate 1. Where
tested, the fill was found to be in compliance with project
specifications.
If any questions arise, do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
Ronald F. Reed, P.E.
