Gentlemen:
Submitted here are the results of testing and observation of
construction materials at the referenced project. This report
addresses the activities of June 14 and 15, 1995.
On the above referenced dates, nine field density tests were taken on
the paving subgrade and on-site fill placed within the building pad.
Test results are shown on Plate 1. Where tested, materials were
found to be in compliance with project specifications.
