Dear Mr. Carbo:
Pursuant to our conversation on December 1, 1998, I am hereby extending your temporary
parking lot petition until such time as Four Seasons vacates their present building in the City of
Coppell, or makes final plans for the alteration of the building as a permanent location.
Unfortunately, I cannot extend your petition any later than December 1, 1999 without obtaining a
final variance from the Board of AdjuStments as specified in my letter of November 20, 1998.
