RE: Temporary parking lot
Dear Mr. Carbo:
This letter is granting you an exception to the City of Coppell's Subdivision
Ordinance requiring concrete parking lots. By virtue of this letter you will be
allowed to maintain a temporary parking lot until May 30, 1999. To retain your
temporary parking lot after May 30, 1999 you will need either approval from the
Board of Adjustment for a variance to the Zoning Ordinance or have submitted
plans for review and approval for a permanent parking lot.
