Dear Mr. Griffin:
Enclosed for your review is a sketch, prepared by Potter Concrete, showing a proposed
addition of a grate inlet to the on-site storm sewer system which drains the truck dock area
on the south end of the site. This additional grate is being proposed to drain a low spot
which was inadvertently created in the dock area. The storm drain is on-site and is a
"private" rather than "public" system. Mr. Larry Davis, of your office, is aware of this
situation.
We propose to indicate this revision on the "As-Built" plans to be submitted at the
completion of the project.
Please review this request and notify me with any comments or questions you may have.
The contractor is planning to construct this modification as soon as possible, so your
prompt response is appreciated.
