Enclosed for your files is a sketch showing a proposed revision to the south drive which
accesses the referenced site from Royal Lane. A review of the current approved drive
layout indicates that the trucks which will be utilizing this drive in the future may have
difficulty with the drive as currently proposed. We therefore wish to increase the size of
the drive and the drive radii as shown on the attached sketch. As I discussed with you
earlier, the drive width and radii shown on the sketch are within the allowable range which
is acceptable to the City. Per our discussion, we propose to indicate this revision on the
"As-Built" plans to be submitted at the completion of the project.
We appreciate your assistance in this matter.
