Dear Mr. Griffin:
Enclosed for your review is a sketch showing a proposed revision to the south drive which
accesses the referenced site from Royal Lane. A review of the current approved drive
layout indicates that the trucks which will be utilizing this drive in the future may have
difficulty with the drive as currently proposed. We therefore wish to increase the size of
the drive and the drive radii as shown on the attached sketch. We believe the drive width
and radii shown on the sketch are within the allowable range which is acceptable to the
City. We also propose to indicate this revision on the "As-Built" plans to be submitted at
the completion of the project.
Please review this request and notify me with any comments or questions you may have.
The contractor is planning to construct the modification to this drive as soon as possible,
so your prompt response is appreciated.
