Pre punch list for Kyra Court
Meter cans all need to be 1 in above grade
Service lines need to be flushed
Fire hydrants need to be moved back 3-6 ft behind curb per our detail
Stamped concrete area needs a key way and to be completed
Construction entrance curb area needs to be replaced
Water valves need to be marked on curb MLV
Man holes need stainless steel rain pans (could not open to see if they were installed)
Fire hydrants need blue reflector in paving
I need the video for the sewer line
I need the video for the storm drain
The side walk along Belt line needs to be installed
Will need maintenance bonds
I need the break reports for the 4 cores that were taken and the reports for the replaced panels.
Site needs to be cleaned
*** This is not an official final punch list, we will still need to have water, sewer, and streets come out to do their walk
thru. I will need this list completed before we can schedule that walk thru.
