Joe Madrid site on July 20, 2016 to verify completion of the punch list for the landscape and
irrigation installation of the medians for Sandy Lake Road between Denton Tap Road and North
Coppell Road, based on the latest set of construction documents.
Also in attendance was John Elias and Lloyd Mauch, City of Coppell.
“Contractor” referenced below is Tiseo Paving Company unless otherwise defined.
The observations made on July 20, 2016 were based on the attached document from Tiseo dated
August 12, 2015.
LANDSCAPE
Numbered items on this list reflect the numbered items listed on attached document from Tiseo.
1. Tree has yet to be replaced. Contractor to replace tree. Tree must meet specifications prior
to replacement. Coordinate with owner for tree replacement approval prior to planting.

3. Three turf areas in the median east of the bridge directly across from Thweat Park with
Buffalo sod is dead. Contractor to remove and replace all dead sod in this area. Prep
area as needed prior to installing new sod. (See Image 2 thru 8)

a. Median #1 (Between Bricknell Lane & Winding Hollow Lane) Remove 20 Black
and Blue Salvia and replace with 20 May Night Salvia. Submit photos for owner
approval prior to planting. (See Image 9)
b. Median #2 (Between Forest Bend & Summer Place) Remove 12 Black and Blue
Salvia and replace with 12 May Night Salvia. Submit photos for owner approval
prior to planting. (See Image 10)
c. Median #3 (Between Summer Place & Whispering Hills) Remove 14 Black and
Blue Salvia and replace with 14 Blue Sage Salvia. Submit photos for owner
approval prior to planting. (See Image 11)
