We received verbal notification that the meter has been installed yesterday; we have scheduled the VIVDS

programing and flash operation of the temporary signal for November 28 (Monday).
If I understand correctly, the City will place the temporary signal into full color operation at their liberty.

conflicts and signal downtime when
switching from the temp to perm.
If the perm can be activated without
pedestrian elements then a couple of
the wood poles MIGHT be installed
where the perm ramps are proposed.
The NE corner is where ATMOS has
their 50' easement for the high
pressure line.
